If you meet the criteria for consideration, you’ll kick off the Chili’s® Grill & Bar potential partner vetting process with the following steps:

Pre-Qualifiation

Complete a Request for Consideration form. Once submitted, you will be contacted by Brinker International’s Domestic Development team.

Application

Review and sign Confidentially Agreement.

Complete a Chili’s® Grill & Bar Franchise Application.

Business Plan

Develop a comprehensive 5-year Business Plan, including a robust financial profit & loss (P&L) exercise and market mapping study.

Provide verifiable evidence of financial performance and sustainability, including:

  • Prior three year’s tax filings.
  • Credit, business and personal references.
  • Balance sheet, P&L, cash flow statement per existing unit.
  • Personal guaranty.
  • For new partnerships and corporations: personal financials for each partner, including statements verifying assets.
  • For existing entities with operating history: audited financial statements for most recent fiscal year and three years prior.

Discovery Day

Brinker International to host potential partner at the Restaurant Support Center in Dallas, Texas to meet with the Domestic Business Development team that supports business functions including Business Development, Architecture & Design, Opening Units, Finance, Training & Development, Operations, Marketing, Culinary, Supply Chain Management and Quality Assurance.

Presentation by potential franchise partner with Q&A session at Brinker headquarters with Brinker “Executive Committee.”

Review

Brinker International to conduct individual and company background checks.

Agreement

Brinker International and potential partner execute business agreement.
