Brinker Franchise Training
helps drive positive results for our business partners
by providing access and expertise to proven Training
and Performance Management systems. These programs
reflect the forefront of the Casual Dining industry
and they are incorporated into the operating standards
of the brands. Restaurant Managers and multi-unit
supervisors are provided with an extensive, mandatory
management training program, in a Certified Training
Restaurant, prior to the opening of a business partners
first two restaurants.
Franchise partners are responsible for the staffing
of their restaurants; they are also responsible
to bring in an approved team of new restaurant opening
trainers as part of the restaurant opening process.
Continued expertise is provided by the Brinker Franchise
Operations team to help develop and maximize the
efficiency of our business partner's infrastructure.
This support and expertise drives self-sufficiency
and results for our partners in the areas of employee
training, management training, talent recruiting,
continued Performance Development, Succession Planning,
and development of an independent team of new restaurant
trainers. |
