| Qualifications: |
| Education/Work Experience: |

College degree in Accounting and/or Finance or equivalent relevant work
experience. |
| Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: |
| |
Mastery of Brinkers accounting system procedures relating franchise
fees and franchise, home delivery, catering and commissary receivables. |
| |
Demonstrate effective written communication skills including, but not
limited to, written performance evaluations. |
| |
Have effective verbal communication skills including the ability to
communicate technical issues clearly. |
| |
Command of supervisory skills including: coaching, developing,
delegating, motivating, and managing performance issues |
| |
Possess effective interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all
levels both within and outside of the Brinker organization. |
| |
Possess excellent problem solving/issue resolution skills to avoid future
occurrences. |
| |
Exhibit ability to improvise, adapt and overcome unforeseen obstacles to
achieve desired results. |
| Work Experience: |
| |
3-5 years general accounting experience in a computerized environment. |
