Job Summary:

Support Senior Concept Architects, Senior Concept Designers, Concept Architects and Concept Designers; Provide drawings and details fro directing and coordinating the work of outside consultants; ensure that all work on converted or prototype restaurants, and/or remodels of existing Brinker restaurants is performed in an accurate and timely fashion with adherence to Brinker standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide details and drawings as directed by concept architects to consultants for clarification of schematic designs.
• Coordinate with outside consultants for work on small projects and remodels.
• Check consultants' work for accuracy and conformity to standards.
• Help develop, distribute, and implement change lists. 
• Franchise program support through concept architects, including communication of design details, prototype information and changes, and approval of construction documents.
• Help respond to requests for information from operations, contractors, and other departments.

Qualifications:

• College Degree (Architecture)
• Highly organized, multi-tasked oriented, excellent communication skills.
• Leadership and negotiating abilities; command of language and ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment.
• Flexible, adaptable in rapidly changing environment..
• Computer literate.
• Knowledge of architectural and engineering systems.
• 3+ years experience in an architectural firm.
