Position
Summary:
The Director of Human Resources will
have primary responsibility for working with the existing training, recruiting and
employee relations departments to ensure that a cohesive human resource strategy is
developed and implemented.

Develops Strategic Human Resource
initiatives for the OTB concept
Sets strategic direction for both the
recruiting and training departments.

Manages and
supervises day to day recruiting initiatives and plans.
Employee Relations
Job Requirements:
Must have excellent verbal and
written communication skills
Excellent stand-up, classroom
teaching skills required
Job Specifications:
At least 3-5 years of (specialist)
recruiting, training or employee relations experience required
Bachelors degree in either business
or human resource management
Restaurant operations (management) experience preferred
Director Level Experience Required
Knowledge of Strategic Business
