Position Summary:

• The Director of Human Resources will have primary responsibility for working with the existing training, recruiting and employee relations departments to ensure that a cohesive human resource strategy is developed and implemented.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

The main components and tactics for this position include. 

• Develops Strategic Human Resource initiatives for the OTB concept

• Sets strategic direction for both the recruiting and training departments.

• Organizational Development

• Training & Development

• Management Recruiting

• Manages and supervises day to day recruiting initiatives and plans.

• Employee Relations

Job Requirements:

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent stand-up, classroom teaching skills required            

Job Specifications:

• At least 3-5 years of (specialist) recruiting, training or employee relations experience required

• Bachelors degree in either business or human resource management

• Restaurant operations  (management) experience preferred

• Director Level Experience Required

• Knowledge of Strategic Business Planning & Organizational Development
