Job Summary:  

As a Sr. Compensation Analyst, you will assist in the designing, development and administration of compensation
programs while recommending the implementation of new cost-effective programs.

Qualifications include:

*  College degree (Finance or Business preferred)
*  2-4 years compensation experience
*  Computer literate
*  PeopleSoft and financial analysis experience
*  Excellent presentation and communication skills
*  CCP a plus
*  Retail industry experience a plus
