We currently have an outstanding opportunity for a Store Support Analyst at our Dallas Home Office.  This position will provide technical assistance to store managers, franchise operations, vendors, service providers and operations support management.

We are looking for the following:

• College degree ( 9 + hours of computer science coursework )
• 1 year Help Desk experience
• Database knowledge (Access, SQL, Btrieve)
• MS Operating System knowledge (NT Server, NT Workstation, Windows 3.1)
• Networking knowledge (WAN, LAN, Routers, Frame Relay)
• DOS
• MS Office knowledge (Work, Excel, Outlook)
• Extensive hardware component knowledge

THIS POSITION INCLUDES NIGHT AND WEEKEND SHIFTS.   SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY IS A MUST!
