Position: XcelleNet Administrator

Job Summary:
Monitor
daily polling to ensure timely transfer of critical data to and from the stores. Support franchise store-side e-mail. Plan, schedule, and distribute software updates
and other information necessary for store systems operations and reporting.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
·
At
least 2 years college with curriculum in Computer Science (specifically networks and
telecomm)
·
1-3
years with software distribution.
·
1-3
years customer service experience.
·
2+
years technical experience in telecommunications or networks.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
·
Working
Knowledge of XcelleNet (NT).
·
Knowledge
of other distribution/remote control software, such as pcAnywhere.
·
Working
knowledge of PCs, modems and communications.
·
Knowledge
of batch files and scripting languages.
·
Knowledge
of Windows 95,
DOS and Windows NT.
·
Knowledge
of NT network systems.
·
Knowledge
of Exchange Server and SQL Server.
·
Ability
to diagnose and remove viruses from store systems.
·
Excellent
coordination and organizational skills.
·
Strong
communications skills.
·
Ability
to prioritize issues and respond appropriately.
·
Ability
to troubleshoot and resolve polling related issues.
·
Customer
service skills/ability to deal with frustrated people/ability to diffuse difficult
situations.
