Job Summary:
The property manager performs a
variety of duties to facilitate resolution of legal and operating issues for all
restaurant sites in operation for more than a year, all regional offices, and
all sublet properties. These issues
arise from restaurant managers, area directors, and third parties.
The property manager performs a variety of duties to facilitate resolution of legal and operating issues for home office departments.
The property manager oversees the disposition of excess property owned or leased by Brinker, including dealing with third party brokers, disseminating information regarding these sites to Brinker personnel, and coordinating closings.
Qualifications:
Education/Training:
Four year bachelor degree
Paralegal Certificate and/or
property management certification
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
The position of property manager requires common sense, good verbal and written communication skills, legal analysis, and fact finding. The individual must be detail-oriented, analytical, customer service oriented, and possess good interpersonal skills in order to address and resolve conflicts amicably. The individual must be responsive, responsible, and motivated. This person must also possess the ability to read and interpret a lease and other basic legal documents. This individual will also be computer literate.
Work Experience
Minimum five years legal experience concentrated in real estate, or seven years experience in property management.
